MP3 to wav conversion

Does anyone know how to convert a MP3 to a Wav file?  I'd like to have
the N3 sound wav at Papy's site converted.  What I'll do from there is
edit it for GPL's F3 and GPL's F1 8 cylinder engines.  At least I'd like
to find out how it sounds for these.
