I saw one of these at Walmart some time ago and was wondering

The Ultraracer by Performance (Interact?).  Made them for the PC and PSX.
Don't know if they are still in production.  I have one for the PSX.  It's
about 7 in long and 2 in wide with a 2" foam *** gripped wheel.  I've been
happy with it for control of GT and GT2 on the PSX.  After a couple of years
of hard use, the foam is deteriorating.  Recommended, at least for the PSX.

I use one myself, It costs $30.00 on the Net. I tried the Logitech
$70.00 wheel and the small wheel was just as effective. I use it on
DTR,N3,N4 and Viper Racing.Just make sure you adjust the wheel in the
setup.
