T2 Wheel connections?

by Craig Ostert » Sat, 07 Dec 1996 04:00:00

Can someone tell me how the T2 wheel and pedal combo hooks up to my
computer. I have one 15 pin connector on my sound card. Is this enough
or will I need to get a seperate game card with 2 ports?  Will I need
anything else ? I have a Petium 90mhz 16 meg ram  I am playing Nascar.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It uses one physical gameport plug, but it is a dual joystick.  Do you
know if your soundcard supports those Y-cables that lets you use two
joysticks?  If not, you will need to use the axis-converter than is
included with the T2 to put the wheel and pedals on the same joystick.

The T2 wheel plugs into a "piggyback" connector on the pedal lead, the
pedal lead is then plugged into the game port either on your pc or sound
card.
So only one game port is required.
