I notice a Burn-out game in a different box like it is an update or
something.  Is this a new revised Burn-out or just "re-packaged" to sell
more?

The package you saw was Burnout: Players choice Edition. It is much improved
over the original, including all the patches. Burnout: PCE is Burnout plus
the top things asked for by the gamers themselves. Nitrous, 12 new cars,
more realism, incar views, etc. Take a closer look at it, it is wirth the $,
plus Bethesda is offering a rebate for original Burnout holders.

I am so confussed by this PCE.  All the things that were added to PCE should
have been "Patched".  Or at the least only ask $14.95 and call it an
"add-on"  What is up with Bethesda???
