I get an error when starting the MS Cart demo stating 'Unable to open timer'
after which the demo crashes.

Configuration:

PII266
64MB SDRAM
IDE bus master v3.01
Win95 SP1 (not OSR2)
Asus 3DExplorer v1.10B drivers
