T2-quirks...

by Matthew Birger Patrick Knuts » Sat, 08 Feb 1997 04:00:00

Since being an ***, I have raced my T2 since autumn last year, and
NASCAR/ICR have taken their toll. First the steering column fell apart, easily
fixed. Then the brake pedal spring broke, and I can see the throttle spring is
on the end of its term as well. I have fixed this temporarily, because the
whole idea of sending the unit in for service or complaints makes me ill...
Question; is any replacement spring availiable, as they had a nice,
progressive feeling, or could I use some other materials and make my own?
I have been fiddeling around with making my own wheel/pedal set, but right now
I`d just like to make my T2 "normal" again.

Apprecciate any advice, prefferably on the group.

Creative use of *** bands has brought my pedals back to normal.
