Nascar Sim-World(http://www.racesimcentral.net/) has excellent looking 1999
carsets for WC and BGN that take advantage of Denny Hoffman's new Nascar
body. However, I have been unable to download them. I have T3 access at
work, ISDN at home, and it always times out during the no matter what time
of day or where I'm at. The transfer rate is also extrememly slow before it
times out. There does not appear to be a link to the e-mails of the web
master or the car set authors. If anyone has these carsets or knows of a way
to get them, please let me know.

Use a program called GetRight .I had to do the same thing from that web
site.GetRight will restart your partially downloaded file, without restarting
from the beginning.

Actually, I have GetRight, but the problem really is that it is just so
slow. It should not take several hours to download a 3mb file on a T3 line,
it should be more like seconds.
