I have a brand new spare NR2003 game up for sale on ebay.
Bought it as a backup a couple of years ago. Box was never opened.
I just noticed how valuable these things are right now
(one sold last week for $143.00 !)  so I couldn't resist. Reserve is much
lower than BIN price.
But if someone really needs one badly enough...... ;-)

Gordo,

you kind of goofed, I mean you say "unopen box" but you shot contents
without explaining how that can be done without opening the box.  Yeah, I
can guess or assume, but I dont, especially on ebay.

Well couldn't he use the contents from his other OPENED box to simulate
what the internal contents would look like? That's what we call a real
simulator Ebay item. Stick to that story Gordo, you'll be safe.

You are quite wrong Sir...........
The box is unopened.
The front flap is open from the factory so you can read info about the game
off the shelf.
The box is tape sealed, top and bottom.
What contents are you talking about?
The CD and manual are sealed inside the box.

It's the newer style, "compact" box that all the games are packaged in
nowadays.
My original game came in the old large format box.
Game is sold now anyways.
$150 bucks took it. :-)

The guy kept his integrity and proved his advertised UNOPENED status and
still make 150.00 buckaroos on a 39.95 investment. Gotta love the
American capitalistic process!!

Why doesn't the company reissue the game?  Their license have an
expiration date?

Hey Robert & Gordo,

1st off sorry.

I was just pointing out something that I would consider weird, not as a
warning to all other buyers, ***it was for a fellow sim racer, who was
selling something.

and to Robert directly: I didn't goto ebay to spread the word of some foul
play or anything, nor attempt to crucify him, for chr!sts sake.   Hell I
even said I could figure out how (that which it turns out didn't happen)
could have happened, but I had the opportunity to read his post here,
Ebayer's might not had that luxury?

I pointed out something I thought was inconsistent.  Yes, as it was a
comment that was in error anyhow (I didn't look hard enough at the pics, my
bad sorry again, Gordo).

2 things I thought of when I posted was, he might have had to point that
discrepancy out, or be ready to answer if someone asked that was bidding or
something: If you all thought worse of the comment, wow.  (like you said
Robert, could have been from his other copy) which is totally mute point
because I was  wrong anyhow.

Nah, Plow i knew you were  jokingly pointing out something that seemed
funny. I also dont think Gordo took it wrong either. But still $150.00
for a PC video racing game. wowee... thats a premium price fer sure

No hard feelings Plow.
I'm an honest seller and won't mislead anyone just to sell an item.
I know you just forgot that Papy later packaged this title in the smaller CD
size retail boxes.

Excellent example of the "supply and demand" rule.
This is probably the only thing I have ever sold for more than I paid for
it.
I usually take a 60-80% loss (from original investment) when I put something
up for sale.

Actually I have 3 copies myself (well I mean 3 cd codes) and funny you
mention it, my 1st box was the big one, inside it was the smaller one,
inside that was the stuff.  go figure?  that disc got broken in half by a
pissed off woman...  I sent it in with the 10 bucks (hey, they said just
send the CD), they send me new box and all (with good CD key to boot).
Well  But that aint all, before that one came back, I had to have a disc you
know for leagues, and I was pissed about the breakage so I bought another at
walmart nearby like the next day.  so I have 3 (2 physically) copies more or
less.
