So judging by the title you put on this thread, I take it you approve
of theft and robbery? If I go into the 7-eleven forum will I find
questions from you asking about the best way to rip off a convenience

I think it is pretty sad that you even think of such a thing. He is not
distributing the tracks, but the tool to convert them. There is nothing
wrong with charging for a track converter. Just because many people
don't charge for utilties that they create, and you may feel that the
standard now is that all utilities should be free, he has every right to
charge for the converter. If you feel it is not worth the money he is
asking for, then you don't have to buy the converter. Remember when
David Gary was asking for all that money for the cars he created?
Was there anything wrong with that? No. Does it mean he is greedy?
No. Was the price a bit excessive? Probably. Was anyone forced
to buy the cars if they didn't want to? No.

If it makes you feel any better, I won't worry about someone cracking
it!

I just got my copy from alt.binaries.autos.simulators!!
