96 Car set for ICR2?

Can anyone help me - I've downloaded the ICR296 car set, I un-zip it
to the ICR2\cars\icr296 directory but when I try and load it; it tells
me it is not a valid car set....I am running SVGA - this wouldn't
matter would it?

I had the same problem and I solved it by renaming the main file in the
carset (I think it is icr96.dat or some *.dat file )to cars96.dat)

Jason,
I had the same problem. Be sure to delete all the files that should`nt be
there, like pkzip etc. Should only contain the dat file, drivers txt & drivers
2txt. Also you will need to name the set/folder the same as what it is called
in the .dat file, probably "cart96". I run in SVGA, and I have tried all the
car sets I have found on the net, and they all work fine.

Cheers,

I figured out the problem....didn't have the directory name the same
as the .DAT file.

Thanks for the info - appreciate it.
