I'm probably going to do the same with F1 Championship Season 2000.  I'll
say "Sorry, I don't know anyone with the supercomputer caperble of rendering
this more than 1 or two times a second"

Hmmm. I have a PIII 700/Voodoo5/256mb ram and F1CS runs quite well. I don't
recall the exact FPS, but I have not yet had any stuttering. I am not
bragging....just wanted to let you know that this game is well worth the
effort to get it to run for you (assuming you are an F1 fan)! There is no
better F1 sim IMHO.

I can bog down my 1.1 tbird with cs...but ...thats with all the graphics
maxed out.
I ran it quite nicely with a PIII 500 and reduced graphics..it can be run..
I found the biggest improvement was using ENDITALL.  That stopped a
repetitive stuttering I was
getting at certain points of many tracks.  CS is a resource hog...but it can
be made to run
fairly quickly.

I had f12000 and it ran fluently on my PII 350mhz, 64 MB RAm, 16MB Gfx,
etc...
I just fixed the graphics settings a little so they weren't on Maximum (I
mean maximum pressure on my PC, it was aout 99% full graphics), a little
slow on starts but since my PC is ageing and I can run it fine then surely
you guys with PIII's and 64mb gfx must be getting 50-60 fps???
