Upgrage what first?

I'm running a P75/16M ram, 1M trident 9440 agi video card, 14" monitor,
and SB16.  It's ok, but seems that computer stuff is comming down in
price... actually saw a friend's machine running p120 32M ram on a 17"
monitor and got jealous!  What would be the best upgrades for increasing
game performance to do first?  Processor then ram? or the other way
around?  Please include an e-mail reply.
