NR2003 The day the earth stood still

I just accelerated through a 100% race at Lowe's. 4 hours and the sun is
still in the same position in the sky.

I was hoping someday NR would have the 600 start during the day and end at
night, with the sun setting. Oh well, minor nit, maybe we'll se it in NR
2008.  Everything else looks like another solid release with fair amount of
improvements. Congrats and thanks Papy.

I was also expecting flags flapping at Michigan, but saw only the usual
starched stiff ones.
