New N2 Offline League

Hi all.  A friend of mine is starting up a new N2 League.  It has 3
divisions and uses the BGN pack.  A winter
series will start up soon and after that ROR (the name of the league)
plans on following the Winston Cup and BGN seasons.  Go take a look at
it!!
