Does anyone know where I can buy a copy of GPL in retail box? I ordered one
(the retail box version) from Compuexpert.com. But today when I opened the
package, it was the DVD version. I called customer service and they said they
no longer make it with the retail box.

There's a little shop in San Bruno that sells old software. It's called
Softlet.com.
I've seen a few copies of GPL there before in retail box. Maybe you can
find their
number and call them see if they have any still.

I was in Interact in Pasadena, CA on Saturday. They had 5 copies on the
shelf in the original box. The website shows only the DVD case edition. Call
the toll free number on the site. www.interactcd.com

I bought my retail box copy with the books just a month ago from purplus.com
for $9.95 plus shipping and handling, the bill came to a little under $15
total. I would guess that this would be far easier than scrounging around
all the software stores in your area.

Does the new dvd case edition come with on disc manual or does it also
include the driving guide (well worth it.)?
