I have lent the copy of the CD-ROM of the Indianapolis track to
someone in my very neighbothood right now ------ seems they saw the
posting here and contacted me --- by ringing my doorbell!!  He knew
who I was.  I don't want anyone to get the impression that I will
pirate this program.  I mentioned that if I had a wat to send it over
the internet I would ------- but I have said on many occasions that I
am the most illiterate person in the world when it comes to these
things (computers) -- I have to have someone coach me how to plug the
damned things in.

I received a message asking if I was going to pirate the program and
send it and I said NO and mean it.  I will ------- and I mean it -----
lend it to friends who seek the CD for their personal use and will
promise to return it, and I have gotten quite a few inquiries through
the grapevine, so to speak, from prople in my city, wanting to borrow
it for their computer, to enhance their enjoyment of this great
simulation or simulations (however it best fits here)

BUT --------- rest assured, I am not gonna pirate it ----- can't
'caise I don't have the knowledge to do it ------ and won't 'cause it
will get many people upset over the fact that politics runs our lives,
rather than common sense.

So -------- for the time being ------- as I posted in the message
------ I am allowing close friends whom I trust to have the first dibs
at borrowing the program for their simulations.  I guess I really
didn't realize how valuable this thing really is ------ I need to keep
closer tabs on it ---- as you can well imagine!

Did it ever come on CD?

WELL, so long as you're not going to do anything that violates
copyright law...

What you're doing still violates copyright law. The only "advantage"
your scheme has over more widespread illegal activity is that you can
only be prosecuted in one state, and the $100,000 maximum per offense
will be multiplied by a smaller number of offenses...

Let common sense rule your life: common sense tells me that doing an
illegal act with my friends as opposed to doing it with someone I've
never met doesn't make it any less illegal...
