OK, I know this ain't about racing sims... Found this interesting browser
front-end to IE4 called NeoPlanet. It may be just window dressing, but it
puts a cool twist on the browser - and it's customizeable! Check it out:

I've been using it for a few weeks now - it's good that
you posted it here... perhaps some of the more talented
individuals here can come up with a racing theme to
use with it... (if someone does - please post a note here!)

One bug, worht mentioning, though - there is a little
advertising window in the lower right of the screen, and
if you're using IE 5.0 beta, every time the ad updates,
your pointer will lose focus on the window you are
viewing - kind of annoying. This is not an issue with
IE4, I understand...
