This one is not a sim at all, but if you like oldtime "Top down view"
racinggame like Supercars you have to try this one.
It has very nice graphics and good gameplay.It also features network and
modem support and is sort of fun when GP2 or ICR2 gets to serious for
you.
It is made by a finnish company called Remedy Entertaiment and is
published by Apogee.
