Dave, You can play your own cds while racing Nascar2. Check in dos for a
cdplayer and go in start the cd, escape and then load the game. Good
luck!

Music In Nascar2?

Hi

Can somebody inform me whether there is supposed to be music in the
menus in Nascar2.

I ask this because I don't have any, and I'm unsure whether there's something
wrong with my setup.  When I use the setup program and try to autodetect
my soundcard, it says I have an Adlib gold, I don't, I have a SB 16 Vibra,
and yes, the environment variable is set.  If I then tell it I have a SB16
and do test sound, the program hangs.

I managed to set the game for the correct sound, and the sound in races work,
and even when I now go into the setup program and test sound (because it's
automatically set to a SB16), the test utility works.

But I have no music in the game.  Can somebody please confirm whether this
is correct.

Thanks

David
