We now have a NEW contest. Write in a 100 word essay on who your
favorite NASCAR legend is - past or present - and why; pick any
legend, from Dale Earnhardt to David Pearson to Jeff Gordon to John
Andretti to Bobby Labonte - you name it. The only restriction is that
no negativity or singling out comparisons of other drivers are
allowed; you must proclaim your favorite ever strictly based on his
own merits, and what he could do against all the drivers of his era.
The winner will win a copy of NASCAR Legends by Papyrus. The contest
ends at 11:59 EST on October 31st, 2001 (yes, Halloween) - and the
winner announced on November 1st. Again, to win, write in to Jonah
your favorite NASCAR driver ever, past or present.
