Dear Tech Support,

My Wizbang isn't recognized in Windows. I've downloaded the latest drivers
from your web site and upgraded to the latest bios for my motherboard. Since
that didn't help, I did a fresh install of Windows and used the new drivers,
but still no luck. Can you help?
Regards,
Slot

......2 weeks later.....

Hi Slot,
Please to install Windows freshly and to get new Wizbang drivers. Then
everything works happily.
Wizbang Tech Support

Where the hell do they get these guys?

Guys? What makes you think that they aren't using automated replies?
It's just delayed for couple of week to make it work more like a real

I had one of those; turns out I had the dad-blasted dongle thingy in
backwards and upside down.

Oh and the disposition switch was set to "evil".

Good luck,

No, no...

I can say with absolute certitude that the Heisenberg Compensator is out of
adjustment.
