F3 sounds here, replace those terrible originals

I use these sounds in F3 and F2 races, they are 29Kb and WAY better than
those terrible original sounds. I don't remember where I got those
originally, but they sure improve F3 racing :)

install instructions: unzip the file to you gpl/sound/ -directory and voila!

If you want to keep your original f2f3.wav file, rename it for example to
orig_f2f3.wav
IMO you can throw those originals away, they are just so terrible...

Original sounds were _THE_ thing that kept me away from F2 and F3 racing,
now that it's solved, I can race :)
