Hey there.  For those people out there playing NFS3, can any of you get the
pursuit Diablo, or pursuit El Nino to chase?  I have all the cars unlocked,
but have yet to have any of the faster pursuit cars besides the Vette to
chase.  If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

If you don't want to use a cheat, then you'll need to unlock empire
city by successfully completing a knockout competition.
