Perhaps It IS A Good Day To Die!

...to quote Worf from Star Trek. I was under the false impression that
today, Columbus Day, was a holiday. *bzzzz* Wrong! Because I decided to
sleep in, I missed the AirEx dude. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

One thing that bugged me though was the tracking info. The package
(NR2003) was "out for delivery" at 9:33am /and/ a delivery was made at
precisely the same time. Bogus!

I'm gonna have to wake up at 7am tomorrow to make sure I don't miss the
next attempt. Oh, the things I do for my love of ***! :)

<SNIP>

Oh boy, the fun continues!

Yesterday, I missed the delivery. So, I wake up around 8AM (getting only
5 hours of sleep) this morning and expect the AirEx guy to show around
9:30. No dice. Noon rolls around and still no visit. I check the status,
and my package is up in Joplin, MO. It's just been sitting up there
since 11:30~ this morning!!

It gets better, too. They handed the package off to USPS. Yet, for some
strange reason the updater thing said yesterday that they'll reattempt
delivery on the next business day. Funny that, since no one has shown up
today. Nor will anyone show in the next hour and fif*** minutes, I predict.

Maybe Tuesday's aren't business days any more? I got $20 that says I
won't see my package today. If I'm lucky, it'll arrive tomorrow. That's
a big ***ing IF, should they get their collective heads out of their
asses. It's too bad I can't sue these sons of ***es. ***s. The lot
of 'em! Incompetent, no good, mothe---

OK.  Two things:

1. You ought to be going to bed before 3 am.
2. What the heck is "AirEx"?
