No doubt it is merely research for a future open wheel racing sim from Papy.
Skip Barber is the official racing school of CART is that right??? :)

Actually, Skip Barber seems to be doing somewhat better than CART...as his
presence at high-roller auctions like Barrett-Jackson proves.
