Can anyone tell me where to find my core.ini !! No insults please. I have
done a search in GPL and then my whole hard drive and cannot find it. I also
individually looked through most GPL files and still couldn't. I want to
change the replay memory.

There may not be one.  Read the README.TXT file it should talk about how
to create a core.ini file.  Then you can add the replay memory line.

You have to create it on notepad or similar or get it done at any dedicated
GPL's sites
