Has anyone else had trouble using the new cars such as IWCCARS.zip
file. Ive tried twice but when I run it It locks up the game and gives
me the msg "unable to load cars incomplete installation or not enough
memory" I have a 486dx50 w/ 8meg, a svga card with 1 meg( and i run
VESA ) I can run everythng on and it is only a little choppy so I don't
understand. If anyone can help I would appriciate it and so would my
friend It's locked him out to. Thanks in advance!

All I can tell you is that I have the exact same system (486DX2-50 with
8mb RAM) and I have to use a boot disk and the -f switch to get decent
graphic stability and fm sound.
Nascar Racing is an awesome game, but it eats more memory than Mr. Bill
eats McDonald's fries.......
I don't know if you're trying shell out to DOS from Windows to run this
game or not, but if you are...don't.  When it comes to memory, Windows
always wins.

Add a drivers2.txt file to the NEWCARS dir, or whatever it is. Your
getting a segmentation fault because the game isn't able to find a file
it's looking for. It's a common problem. Look for a missing file.
Any more problems, drop me an e-mail

Be sure you have the old carset still installed, or installed the new
carset over the old and changed the .dat-file to cars94.dat.

At startup the game is always looking for the carset you have used the last
time you played.

Ralf.
