I just ran three 3.19's in a row at Spa (the lowest a 19.13 - aaargh.)
This is the first time I've ever been in the ***s. Somebody say hooray.

Hurrah! I'll through a party in your honour as I too have been cracking into
the sub 20 mark at spa. Managed to hit 3:19.xx in the Lotus but found it
going nowwhere fast after that. Had a wee chat with that chap Huttu on VROC
as I was using his setups & took his advice & shifted to the Eagle using his
& Wolfie's setups (tried the setup that Prydden set the new WR with but
found it a bit tricky). Low & behold the 3:18's were hit without chaging
style too much from the way I drove the Lotus.

Best bit was found using wide lines into Masta & all corners on the return
corners at the end of the lap, that knocked my down to the 3:17's. Still 4-5
secs to go though :-(
Best I'll get I think is a 3:15 if I can string together a perfect lap.

Achievement of the week though was finally getting through Masta with a
minimum speed of 180mph (maybe about .5s at 179mph but doesn't sound as good
;-) ). Try studying Prydden's replays to see the wide line he & others take
into the important corners, they help a lot.

Cheers
Colin

This week I broke 3:21 for the 1st time after switching to Rick Prydden's
3:12 Eagle setup. At long last a sub-3:20 is in my sights, but I'm still
.7s off!

Well done :-)
