Anyone know the status of Tantrum's NHRA Drag Racing ?

One of the main reasons I got a 3dfx card was because this sim will require
a 3d/3dfx card !

I talked with Tony Simerman, the President of Tantrum Entertainment, on the
phone today for about 2 hours. He did say that NHRA will be out this month,
but did not give a specific date. The only reason he would hold it back is
if there was a major flaw that made it into the final release and it was
spotted just before the release. We also discussed the possibility of an
NHRA online racing league and what it will take to accomplish this. Though
no definate decisions were made, it is a possibility.

I have a Diamond Viper V330 AGP card (nVidia chipset).  Are you sure NHRA
will work with my card?  Thanks.

A friend has a beta optimized for the Riva-128, and most of the
code finished for the 3dfx version.  This goes back more than a
month, so I would assume(!) that both 3d-optimizations are now
complete.  Seeing NHRA run on the Riva was fantastic!
