MGPRS: trouble saving setups

i can't save car setups!  i can 'print' them to a file though.

in the garage, i press save, enter name and desc, press the
disk icon, and then nothing happens.  when i try to load,
the list is empty, even when selecting all tracks.

i'm only doing 'single races' rather than full gp's.  is this
the cause?

other than that i'm ***ed already.
