Regardless of your choice they all share a common denominator.  PLASTIC.

Of the three hands down the Momo (even the racing version but preferably the
force).   Durability of the Racing version is questionable.  My original FF
wheel is a Momo racing but it lost the right paddle shifter within 2 weeks.
It was a design flaw that may have been corrected on later prod runs.  Soon
after I picked up a couple Force's so the racing's durability was a mute
point for me.

If you can find one Ive heard (yes you Larry <g>) Micrsofts FF wheel is
pretty good with above avg pedals and on clearance around $40.

The FF in NR2003 IMO is pretty sad compared to other racing sims (F1C comes
to mind) but it's still ok so long as you turn down the forces enough to
prevent the notchy feeling.

If you want durability then you need to go to a metal wheel/pedal set.  TSW,
ECCI. BRD.

The Thrustmaster Pro Digital SUCKS, very difficult to keep calibrated
correctly and mine has a bad dead spot. You usually can mess around with it
and get it working the problem is it doesn't stay that way, always having to
mess with it. I have owned two Thrustmaster Wheel and they were both cheap
junk in my opinion.

You know, It's a shame! At one time Thrustmaster was the BEST for all PC
input devices. Heck I still have my 1st ever wheel and peddles (all anodized
aluminum housings). It's gotta be at least 10 years old! But ever since
Guillemot took over the operation their quality of Hardware and Support just
SUCKS!!! If your a serious gamer never buy their CRAP! Period!
Just my 2 cents...

All anodized Pete?  I have an original TM Formula T1 (initial test run) and
it had a blue anodized plate but the rest was plastic.  I still think the
roller wheel pedal idea worked very well :)   I also have a TM Cougar hotas
and it's pretty impressive to me although quite a few bashed its stiff
springs.  Like you I'd never buy another TM Wheel unless they make something
outta this world which I doubt will ever happen.
