MBTR - again, where to buy?

I finally decided to get it, but I can't find it.  I checked InteractCD,
Bestbuy.com, buy.com, ebgames.com - no dice.  I even searched Deja(or whatever)
but couldn't find it.  Where can I get this in the US?  Thanks.

InteractCD shows the have it under Driving Sims ?

If not I purchased it from www.softwarefirst.com from the UK - they
delivered the C***te NC in around a week.

I just reflexively look at InteractCD.com and Dragon.ca for racing games.
I've ordered from both with good results, and if they don't have it, it
ain't out yet.
