Does anyone have a working init for the AT&T 14.4 FAX modem? My modem is
being anti-social, and I'm hoping that if I can find a better init string
that maybe it will begin playing nice with others. Will the init string for
it from DOOM work?

Ummm..thanks, but it really doesn't solve my problem. I can make a SLIP
connection with my modem (I'm doing so now). MY problem is that none of the
init strings that I have seem to work with NASCAR.

BTW, my modem is NOT a laptop modem. It is just a standard AT&T internal
14.4 FAX modem.

Ok, but I haven't seen anything in the manual giving init strings. Have you
got a page number?
