Hi Guys..
Before h\d bombed... had a nice little program that allowed you to turn of
everything running in the background,allowing you to happily run graphically
intensive games like SCGT with out so much 'slowmo'...here is the rub..now I
cant find it anywhere, if anyone has the address 'preciate you letting me
know,It may be called 'EndAll' or 'End it All'...????

Never heard of the program, but all you need to do is press Ctrl-Alt-Del and
eliminate everything except Explorer and SysTray - and even SysTray isn't
strictly necessary.
