Drivers:

The IVGA will be better and stronger than ever in 1997.  And maybe
a little wiser as well <GGGGGGGG>.  We found out a few things and
I learned a few things the hard way.  The Membership has been 99.9%
behind the IVGA. The IVGA will continue to focus on racing simulation
software and work with PAPYRUS - NASCAR 2 and INDYCAR 2.  We also
feel the strongly support the MicroProse Grand Prix 2 software and
look forward to the new racing software coming out from the ABC/Micro-
Prose Joint Venture...  They have said they are coming out with mew
racing software... Cant Wait..

Am I the only one who doesn't see the point to this?

Randy,
I don't think 2697 people supported him.  I, as well as at least a
dozen other people I am personally aware of, have asked to be removed
from the membership of the IVGA.  We don't want to be associated with
someone who seems to have gone off half-cocked, and can't deal with this
situation in a rational manner.  Not to mention the fact that the IVGA is
stealing, yes I said stealing, (when you take something without asking,
it is stealing) the setups with the Fastlap program.  Don didn't like
being told to tell his members that their setups were being captured.
This tells me he doesn't want to be honest.  I have a real problem with
that.  Any software that captures info. from my computer that I'm not
aware of is dangerous.  I don't think anyone has any right to know what
info. I have on my hard drive unless I offer it to them.  To take that
info. secretly is deceptive, devious, and, if it isn't  it should be,
illegal.

Well, actually, it's a matter of "common sense"... I read about the
IVGA back when I was considering which racing league to run with.
After reading the info, it was pretty evident what was happening...
no thanks...

No Eric.....you are not alone. I was kinda hoping YOU could explain
this to all of us here, like you have with other things in the past.

I figure once the NRL is up and running (and it's anything near what
I hope it to be), that everything else will be pulling a distant 3rd in
comparision.

BTW...a sincere thanks for all your help here in RAS. Keep the input
coming!
