Should I get Nascar Thunder 2003 ?, (It's $10 here in the local mall.)
Is NT 04 much different?  I don't race on-line. I have Nascar racing 03
but it locks up to desktop all the time so I can't play it.
I have F12000 , Is the new F1 C.. much better ? Thanks everyone.

NT2003 is very similar to F1-2002 except that it has fewer graphics
options and allows you to do flying starts.  I've heard very good
things about NT2004, but -unless you're buying it for the mods- I'd
have to say that NR2003 is a better sim.

You might want to check the forums at RaceSimCentral.com for advice on
troubleshooting your PC; NR2003 should be fine on just about any decent
machine once you've sorted out video drivers and controller setups...

F1C is much better than F1-2002, which is much better than F1-2001...
etc., etc.  Especially if you're wanting to run the mods.  Even the
base F1 sim is far better than F1-2002 though; the sim engine keeps
getting refined with every update.
