Does anyone have or know of a program that I can import an "saved game" stat
file (*.stn) into and have it keep track of points for me? A buddy and I run
a modem series between ourselves and have to manually calc points. What a
pain...
I've tried making something in Excell but can't figure out how to do it. I
better stick to racing and leave the number crunching to the guys with slide
rules. :)

I use a spreadsheet -- Quattro Pro -- to do my replays. (I have to do
it manually because I use the historic qualification order, and,
where available, weather, rather than N2's.) It's not really that
hard to create the formulas.... and I *hate* spreadsheets.

That depends. Are the NASCAR results files the EXACT SAME as the ICR2
ones? If they are, just get the Crew Chief package (for ICR2) at most web
sites. It has a points calculator in it that does just what you are
asking. That is, IF the results files are the same.
