After running 3-4 races at AMS, the first one I won with AI cars at 85%, I
go into pit row, only to find there is no pit for me to go into.  Are you
supposed to see the pit crew standing along the wall as in Nascar1, or has
this been left out for the demo.  I drove the entire wall, and didn't see
any sign of a pit crew.  Race length was at 10%, does this matter?

Other then that, the demo is really great, can't wiat for the real one, the
addition of the spotter was a very welcome addition.

I had a hard time with this too, but through trial and error I got stopped
properly in the first pit.  The pit stop is just like in NASCAR 1.

The pit crew is not included in the demo. I think I remember being able to
pit in the demo, you just have to guess where the pit stall is. Since race
length is stuck at 10% and damage is off, there's really no need to pit
anyway.

Interesting!  I set the race length to 100% and did the full race.  You
will need tars and gas.

Really? I could swear I tried a race at 40% and it was over long before I
had to pit. I've been cheated! <g>

Actually I played with it some more today.  It does work.  But sometimes
I have to quit the game after making option changes and restart before
they take hold.  But it is possible to do the full 100% race.

I'll have to give it a try. I've been wanting to try out a longer race.
Pitting should be interesting though.

Don't expect to make any killer pit stops.  I practiced and practiced,
but without a pit board it's real hard to hit the spot right on.  They
will service the car though once you get lined up.
