CART Sim on RPM Tonight

Did anyone else see the Simulation of Twin Ring Motegi used during the Scott
Pruett/Steve Newey piece on RPM Tonight this evening? Who makes this thing? It
sure seemed to run very smooth, of course there were no cars on track, or much
of a skyline to slow things down....Anybody have some info?

   I believe it was a computer model of the track, not a racing sim.
