The Dreamcast version sucked big hairy donkey***s!  The PSX
version wasn't too good, either.  PC version???

Before you buy.

   The PC version demo, crashed my machine every time I tried to run it.
300 mhz P2 w/ Voodoo 3. It only stayed on my hard drive for about 15
minutes :p

A friend of mine who doesn't have much history with racing sims loves TD6.
The PC demo runs well and looks great on his AMD600 / TNT2.
However, make no mistake, this is an arcade game.  The control (at least in
the demo) was nigh to impossible.  Perhaps the full version has more options
for setting joystick dead-zones, sensitivity, etc. PCGamer reviewers gave
the PC version 14% (out of 100).  I didn't think it was THAT bad.  It is
beautiful, and there are lots of  crates and park benches which go flying
when you run into them, and cops to attempt to alude.  But this is one I'll
never buy.  I'm still waiting for a NFS/TD type game with physics like Viper
racing. Yeah, Viper racing but with a variety of cars!
