A. You need the official v1.551 patch. just because..no specific
reason.
B. You NEED the Advanced Options Editor(AoE) that gets rid of the
sticky grass and makes the sim a bit more of a challenge
C. You need to find the proper sounds for some of the cars included in
the Service Pak 3.0. Check out revved's soundpak and other sound utils
from various sites. Using the vehedit program you can find each car's
file name and the names of the sound files needed.
D. To get the extra cars and tracks you need to CHEAT! Start a career
mode(best if completely new) and type the following
isi-cheeseman(then enter) you should see the 'cheat mode enable message'
isi-tbone
and
isi-aardvark
these should give you plenty of cash to buy cars and all the tracks.
theuspits.com has a listing of the 2 or 3 other cheat codes as well.
E. I have no #$## clue how they tracks are made other than they take a
3d editor and warp the original tracks into different shapes and sizes
or (as in Silverstone) they take an existing Toca Touring Car Challenge
track(Toca II) and use the 3d editor to convert it to work with SCGT.
