I just got Nascar2 and know NOTHING of setting up a car.  Can someone
please get me the info for best(or near best) car setups for each track?

If only it were that simple. Setups are a matter of personal taste. In
fact, as you get better at driving, you'll find that your setups will
probably change as well. There's a temptation to start fiddling with the
setup every time you think you're not fast enough, when 99% of your speed
comes from the way you drive the track.
