Ok guys, time to upgrade my p3 500.
Went to putter show and picked up the following:
Asus P4T-E mb
P4 1.6
256 rambus
ATX midi tower w/ 300 watt power supply
Under $400.  Good deal?

Using my old HD-20 gig WD, G-force 2 32mb, TBay sound card, 50 something CD
rom, network card(cable)
1st question- Should I use my old AMC game card or plug into sound card?
2nd- My friend has XP pro, is that a good gamming platform or should I stick
w/ 98?
All I use this putter for are sims N4, N2002 & GPL.
And a little surffing.
Any input you can offer is welcome.
             Thanks guys, Doug D

I just want to say, it is "  'puter  "

This is a "putter" :

I suppose using a putter on N4 is not too bad. Just don't try a 3 wood.

Win98(SE) all the way, from the buzz on the internet, vs XP.

The best replacement reset button is a baseball bat, a putter is a poor
second.
