I know this question has probably been asked many times, and once or twice
by me as well.
Can you direct my dumb ***on where to exactly post my car file? I have
been to the forum and cannot seem to locate the zip file or where to post my
car file.

First of all you need to register with the forum.  Next you need to post a
message to the forum and use the attach file option to upload your car file.
