There are now a few third-party tools available for ICR.  Is there any
central archive site where these files are / could be stored?  I'm updating
the FAQ for ICR modem support, and wanted to add info about third-party
tools while I'm at it.  Mail me whatever info you have, and I'll add a
section to the FAQ.
