But remember that Sierra might violate any fundamental right of freedom with
the official N3 patch, which could restrict our choice of tracks to only the
officials ones by Papyrus. It is actually that way for the beta patch, and
we see nothing ahead that will make them change their decision. This means
fully legal tracks (fantasy or not) won't be shown on the WON.NET system
anymore. But they promote their system by saying "You have so many choices
now", yet such thing happens.
Be glad people that they won't expand their Big Brother ideology to VROC,
since remember Brands Hatch and the ORing are illegal. That's how sick the
business is.. all this because tracks actually want money so they can have
publicity in racing games. I could understand problems with the track name
and likeness.. but when it's a fully legal track, installed without using
any copyrighted Papyrus files... there is a possibility you won't be able to
race it online.
What would you guys say if Sierra disabled any form of online racing using
Brands Hatch or the ORing?

Well, Stockcar drivers are known to simply can't turn right, so they fear
those two fantasy tracks. Online races on WON are ghost towns there, but
still fun when in a small number. As for not showing, the whole issue is
for legal reason, which is absurd to my eyes (actually it's a complicated
issue about SIERRA (not Papyrus) who only wants to have fun pissing off
customers with their lawyer-made EULA.txt). But heck, those two tracks are
Fantasy tracks and legally owned by Papyrus in their entirety.
