Has anybody been able to get the Thrustmaster Grand Prix 1 steering wheel
to work with the Network Q RAC Rally simulation? Is there a patch or
update available. I have only been able to get a joystick to calibrate so
far.

Yeah, I have, but you must use the plug that was included with
the wheel. And probably use a dedicated joystick card (like I do).

I found A LOT of sounds in Network Q RAC Rally Championship to
be annoying so I loaded them into Goldwave 3.24 and changed the
volume of them (or in some cases replaced the sound file with
1 ms of silence). Now I can play the game without getting pissed
off.
The fun thing is that Europress "could not do anything" to fix
the sounds... I really don't like their attitude against their
customers. The game should be published by another company, not
Europress...

I bought the game today and my thrustmaster t2 worked straight off. I
don't have a dedicated game card. I assume you are talking about Rally
Championship, not its predesessor.
I am REALLY impressed with the game. If I have a complaint, its that it
doesn't under or oversteer much (oh and the turbo popping is a wee bit
annoying). But in general the game rocks!
