HELP.....How do you guys post a response to a specific thread. I use MS
news and have two options. Reply to group posts to the entire group and
Reply to author sends e-mail. I can't figure out how to get those replys
under a specific thread so the person can check his original post and
recieve my responses. Is this even possible with the MicroSoft news client
or do I need a different news reader that maybe has a "Reply to Thread"
option?

Thank you,
J.C.

With MS Internet News, your replies will automatically be threaded.
You may not have your program set up to sort messages by threads
though.  Try: 'View\Sort By' and check 'Group Messages By Thread'.

Get hold of the Usenet FAQs (try www.dejanews.com). They will explain how
Usenet works which will answer your original question. They will also
tell you what a "no, no" it is to post test messages to a non-test
newsgroup.

Happy reading,

Richard
