Dan Kolbern didn't lead early on, but he did lead when it counted, as
he
cruised to victory in Wednesday night's World Crown 300 at the Georgia
International Speedway.
Kolbern started ninth, and stayed in the top ten all night long en
route
to the victory. Michael Heymans finished second, with Jerry Bush
third,
Pete McCole fourth and Josh Witt rounding out the top five.
Other notables include Carl Tribble with a solid sixth place run, Greg
Netherwood 13th, Chris Weber 15th, Charles Bornemann in 19th, Jimmy
Dean
23rd, Keith Ellington 26th, and John Froehlich 27th. Pole Sitter Troy
Martin led 57 laps of the event, but retired just after halfway due to
engine failure, while outside pole sitter Brandon Reed left the event
on
lap 112 after heavy contact with the turn three wall.
