If you have IndyCar Racing 2/Cart Racing  and Nascar Racing 3, you can
easily convert any tracks to N3.

uh...how do you that? i have edited tracks for n3 so it couldnt be that
hard...could it?

My memory might fail me but simply copy/paste the track folder onto N3, then
edit the appropriate things.  For example, the track.txt has to be
completely modified, and some files (setups, pictures, etc..) have to be
added.  Just take them from another road course if you want more accurate
data, while keeping some tire settings from the original track.  Finally,
just add the track to your *.cal file.

Also, it is known that the D3D rasterizer has problems such converted track.
